Fall Reading List
Happy fall y'all! Fall is officially in full swing and you know what that means? Cozy sweaters, hot chocolate, and of course...good books. So grab a blanket and have your amazon account open because you are going to want to snag these hot books.
#1: A Life In Parts by Bryan Cranston
Ok its no surprise that this is my number one book on the list. As many of you know Bryan is my cousin, but also because I think his role in Breaking Bad was one of the best characters in modern TV. In the book, A life in Parts, we see how he was able to dive into role after role, part after part. You get a deeper look into his life and who he is, and what events shape him into the individual we all know and love today.
#2 Small Great Things by Jodi Picoult
Ahhh Jodi Picoult. My favorite author. I literally have every single one of her books that she has even written. Every one you get lost in and you dive into these characters who's depth seems to be infinite. In Small Great Things, Jodi calls into question all of our issues as a society and she also makes you question what you believe or your perspective on different issues that seem to be ever present within our society. Different from all of her other books, Picoult tells the story of our nation now in today's world.
#3 You are a Badass by Jen Sincero
Catchy title right? I saw this little yellow book while walking through target and totally felt like it was calling out to me! In a world full of creative minds, its hard to feel like you offer anything different. In You are a Badass, Sincero's goal is to get you to stop doubting your inner #girlboss (or #guyboss) In a world full of people saying you cant, its time to start asking "Why not?"
Since we are already in the middle of fall, we kept our list short and sweet so everyone can tag along and keep up with our reading list.
Be sure to leave us a comment if you've read any of these books and what you thought of them! We love to hear from you guys.
